When will my order ship?
Standard shipping on domestic items is 2-8 business days from order date plus 1-2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).


Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail automatically.

How do I use a store credit, gift card or coupon code?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. At the time your order is shipped the discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely, once your order has shipped, you're automatically sent an email with your tracking number.

I placed my order and my shipping info is incorrect, what should I do?
If your order has not shipped, we may be able to help. But we can’t make any promises. You can e-mail info@shopretailaddict.com with your order number and we'll see if we're able to help.

I ordered the wrong items, what should I do?

Can I get an exchange on an item? 
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return my order?’.

Can I get a refund?
At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you're not satisfied with your purchase
you have up to 7 days from the delivery date to return the item for a store credit/ gift card. If you return your order after the 7 day time period, it will not be accepted.

How do I return my order?
Customers are allowed seven days from their delivery date to return approved merchandise for a store gift card/credit. A gift card/credit will be issued only if merchandise is unworn and in its original condition. All return item fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Sale items, shoes, accessories and intimate wear are final sales. Please allow 10 business days for your return item to be returned back to us. You will receive an email when your return is received and processed and at that time a gift card/credit will be issued via email. Please email info@shopretailaddict.com for return approval before returning any merchandise.
