How do I return items?
Customers are allowed 7 days from their delivery date to return approved merchandise for a store gift card/credit. A gift card/credit will be issued only if merchandise is unworn and in its original condition. All return item fees are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Sale items, shoes, accessories and intimate wear are final sales. Please allow 10 business days for your return item to be returned back to us. You will receive an email when your return is received and processed and at that time a gift card/credit will be issued via email.
